Cancellation Policy

I understand that some circumstances can be out of your control and there will be times you need to cancel your appointment. I have a 24 hour notice period. If your appointment is canceled 24 hours or more prior to your appointment, there will not be a rescheduling fee. If you cancel within the 24 hour notice period your booking deposit will be surrendered and thus will be unable to be transferred to your next service. In the event of a no call, no show, the full amount of your service will be added to your account. Future appointments will require that you pay the outstanding balance and place a deposit of half (50%) of the cost of the future services to reserve those appointments.
